Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original bag or box, ensuring all luxury tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
